Description
People’s Paste Powder is a popular combination of six herbal powders historically used to promote healthy skin healing. Powdered herbs can be put directly on or mixed with oil or water to make a paste and then applied to the area.
BOTANICAL INGREDIENTS:
Slippery Elm inner bark powder, Comfrey root powder, Oregon Grape root powder, Bayberry root powder, Garlic bulb powder, Myrrh gum resin powder.
CONTAINS:
Calendula flower, Fresh St. John’s Wort flowering tops, Goldenseal root and leaf, Barberry root, and ·Rosemary leaf infused in Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beeswax, Vitamin E Oil, Myrrh Essential Oil, and Frankincense Essential Oil.
USES:
Cuts, wounds, and bleeding. “Stop the bleeding before you panic! If you stop the bleeding, you will often see that the cut is small and you can pack it with People’s Paste:’ (Weaver, Be Your Own Doctor 136). Many have avoided stitches with little to no scarring. A First-Aid favorite used to support complete recovery. Mix powder with oil and pack wound or simply fill wound with dry herbs. Apply pressure to stop bleeding. When the bleeding has ended, cover with clean gauze. The following day apply more herbs without disturbing the wound as it is healing from the underlying layers to the top. (For topical use only.)
